President, Lisa Vitiello is a Certifed Public Accountant licensed in the State of NJ and a graduate of Seton Hall University. Lisa began her career as an auditor for Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Whinney) and subsequently was Chief Financial Officer for a Central Jersey builder.

She brings a vast array of business knowledge to her clientele. Her knowledge spans the creation of policy and procedures by which a business functions, accounting & internal control systems, tax, marketing, budgeting & business planning.

She oversees all financial aspects of the community. These include strong, internal control procedures, budgeting & financial analysis, collection matters, tax & audit matters and insurance risk & adequacy analysis.

 

Executive Vice President, Ginger Pitaccio is also a graduate of Seton Hall University. She has attained her PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation and is a licensed NJ Realtor. Ginger has extensive knowledge in all aspects of building & construction. Her knowledge and experience spans the real estate spectrum from coordinating the land subdivision approval process, directing the construction of new homes, renovating older homes and selling the finished creation.

She oversees all the physical maintenance & compliance issues related to your community. These include bid specification & procurement of contracts, supervision of contractors & compliance with the governing documents as well as state & local codes.
