Lisa is the co-founder and strategic advisor to Towne & Country Management's leadership team. Lisa brings extensive financial experience in internal controls, budgeting, financial analysis, collections, and insurance risk.
Prior to founding Towne & Country Management, Lisa founded her first Property Management firm, AVITT Management, which she and Ginger led to a successful acquisition. A former Ernst & Young auditor and CFO for a central NJ builder, Lisa is a CPA and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business.
Ginger is the co-founder and strategic advisor to Towne & Country Management's leadership team. Ginger's expertise in construction, maintenance, compliance, bid specifications, and contractor supervision, are unmatched in the industry and an incredible resource for the Towne & Country team. With over three decades in property management, she excels in guiding our team and clients in daily operations, large-scale projects, emergency response, amongst other operational items.
Prior to founding Towne & Country Management, Ginger founded her first Property Management, AVITT Management, which she and Lisa led to a successful acquisition. Ginger holds a PCAM designation, and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Seton Hall University.
Chris is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Towne & Country Management. Chris directs all corporate and client operations, covering finance, business development, strategy, technology, and human resources. Chris excels in leveraging technology and optimizing processes across industries. A fun fact is that he also happens to be Lisa's nephew!
Prior to joining Towne & Country Management, Chris was a Senior Director of Operations at Yext, where he played a key role in building teams, leveraging technology, and enabling revenue growth pre and post IPO. Chris began his career at Ernst & Young, gaining experience in financial and business operations across multiple industries. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business.
Michelle is the Vice President of Property Management at Towne & Country Management. With over 25 years of experience, Michelle has spent her entire career in the industry, with most of her career growing with Towne & Country Management amongst other NJ based firms. Michelle oversees the operations of more than half of Towne & Country's portfolio of condos and HOAs, lending her expertise and knowledge to the property management team and managed communities.
Prior to being promoted to Vice President, Michelle has held virtually every role in property management operations, starting her career in as a Customer Service Representative, quickly advancing through the ranks to Assistant Property Manager, Onsite Manager, and eventually taking on a portfolio of her own comprising of over 1,000 units.
In 2019, Michelle was awarded the prestigious Candice Bladt Community Manager of the Year Award by her industry peers, as part of the CAI-NJ industry awards.
Michelle holds her CMCA and AMS designations and is on track to earn her PCAM designation in 2025.
Marisel is the Vice President and Sr. Client Controller at Towne & Country. Marisel oversees all aspects of financials operations for our clients, ranging from financial statement preparation and budgeting, to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and investments. Marisel joined Towne & Country in 2010 having started as a part-time Accounts Payable analyst and quickly being promoted through multiple levels within the finance organization culminating with her promotion to Vice President in 2023. Marisel acts as a strategic advisor to our clients, property managers, and leadership team for all financial related items. Marisel also administers and leads the efforts for our clients insurance and statutory compliance requirements.
Prior to joining Towne & Country Management, Marisel founded and ran her own operations and technology consulting firm for small and mid-sized businesses. She assisted businesses with assessing processes and evaluating investments needed to support and enhance their growth in a changing business landscape.
Marisel holds a Bachelor's Degree from Centenary University and her MA from the Teachers College at Columbia University.
